At Kolimpri11 Jewelry we always try to get your beautiful jewellery in your hands as soon as we can! For shipments within Greece we work with SPEEDEX Courier. The cost of shipping is 4€ and the delivery indication 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping Service Abroad
For overseas shipments we work with Hellenic Post (ELTA). Delivery time varies by destination, we only estimate 7-10 days and the cost is 13€
Cash on delivery service
We don’t provide cash on delivery service
Returns
Every kolimpri11 piece is made to order, especially for you.
There are no shelves of ready-made jewellery waiting to be shipped. From the first piece of silver to the final packaging, your jewellery is made individually for you.
Because each piece is made specifically for its order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If you are unsure about size, chain length or any other detail before placing your order, please email us. We will be happy to help you choose the right piece for you.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
