Woodstories – Olive wood & freshwater pearl statement necklace
Some pieces of wood already hold a story.
I simply choose to continue it.
This necklace began with a naturally shaped piece of olive wood. Instead of changing it, I followed its own movement, allowing sterling silver to extend the lines nature had already created.
Two natural freshwater pearls were placed where they felt inevitable, like the final detail of a story that had been waiting patiently to be completed.
To me, this piece is about quiet strength.
The kind that doesn’t need to ask for attention yet can not go unnoticed.
Every curve, every grain, and every shade of the olive wood is unique, making this necklace impossible to recreate.
No varnish.
No artificial finish.
Just olive wood, sterling silver, freshwater pearls, and the story they chose to tell together.

The story behind Woodstories
Nature begins the story. I simply continue it with silver.
Some stories are already written by nature.
The only thing I do is continue them.
Every piece in the Woodstories collection starts with a unique fragment of olive wood. I never cut it into a predetermined shape. I spend time looking at its curves, its grain, and the direction it naturally wants to take.
Only then does silver begin to grow from it.
The metal doesn’t dominate the wood.
It follows it.
Sometimes, it embraces a stone.
Sometimes, it simply continues a line that nature had already begun.
No two pieces can ever be the same because no two pieces of wood tell the same story.
This is why every Woodstories necklace is truly one of a kind.
